Educational Licensing Application Packages
Please read the following carefully before proceeding:
Please ensure that you choose the application package that applies to your situation. Completing the wrong application package could cause a delay in obtaining an educational license in Nova Scotia, which could lead to a delay in commencing your training program at Dalhousie University.
These packages are in Adobe PDF format (see note below). Please print the appropriate package, complete the application in legible hand-printing and submit it with all the required documentation to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia. Contact information is contained in each package.
These are large documents that may take time to open on your computer – please be patient.
If, for any reason, you are not able to access the
application package on our website, an application
package can be picked up in our office or mailed to
you. Please contact the College's Registration Department
by e-mail (adenhollander@cpsns.ns.ca)
or by telephone at (902) 482-2920.
