Notice of Hearing

Take notice that a continuation of Hearing will be held by the Hearing Committee of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia regarding allegations of a breach of a Settlement Agreement by Dr. David Russell, of Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia.

The Hearing will be held in the Terrace Room at the Citadel Halifax Hotel, 1960 Brunswick Street, Halifax, N.S., commencing at 9:00 am on Friday, June 16, 2006.
