College releases disciplinary
decision regarding
Dr. Stephen Harley

Halifax, December 23, 2008 -- The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that in accordance with the agreed terms of a Settlement Agreement approved on December 19, 2008, conditions and restrictions have been placed on the licence of Dr. Harley, including the suspension of Dr. Harley’s narcotics prescribing privileges until October 1, 2009 or such later time as determined by Health Canada.
