College releases disciplinary
decision regarding Dr. Spiro Photopoulos

Halifax, May 12, 2008 -- The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia hereby gives notice that Dr. Spiro Photopoulos, a general practitioner in Halifax, has acknowledged a disciplinary matter violation as part of a settlement agreement with the College.
