Council Election Results Announced:

All three seats in the 2010 Council election have been filled by acclamation. The following Council members will return for a three-year term.

Dr. Farokh Buhariwalla, representing District 1 (the counties of Antigonish, Guysborough, Inverness, Richmond, Victoria and Cape Breton).

Dr. Shelagh Leahey, representing District 3 (The counties of Yarmouth, Shelburne, Queens, and Lunenburg).

Dr. Keri McAdoo, representing Disctrict 4 (The counties of Hants, Kings, Annapolis and Digby).
